Hey there- I found your post via Elsie's Yoga Link Love for the Week-
Such a great post- and yes-before I get to the 'details' of the pose I have to establish my periphery.
I am an artist- a painter - and the same holds true for when I draw/paint- I must establish the shape/mass first-where it is in the composition and such- then go for the details working general to specific. Your site is lovely and thank you so much for this post!
peace,

A few weeks ago I came across this post by Earth To Tech: Smart Grid Problems, Smart at the Edge, Dumb in the Middle http://earth2tech.com/2010/02/03/smart-grid-problem-smart-at-the-edge-dumb-in-the-middle/

It's a pretty in depth article, but the first paragraph served as a jumping point for a lovely theme.

My current inspiration regarding this is all about Infrastructure as stabilization of the core. As we saw with Haiti, it was because the infrastructure was not optimal that the love and abundance that we all shared was unable to travel to where it needed to go. My latest podcast episode http://elsieyogakula.wordpress.com/2010/02/18/episode-77-build-your-infrastructure-and-love-freely-a-level-2-75-min-yoga-class/ and most of my classes this month have been all about moving from the core/infrastructure :D so that we can love so much more freely!

Awesome post!!! Off to share this with the kula!
